Winter Months

As the Earth shifts into the winter months in the Northern hemisphere, our bodies as well start to guide us unconsciously to go within.

We are not very different than trees, in winter their essence goes down into its roots. .
Our essence too, finds the need to go back to our emotional roots, opening a box of hidden tools for us to grow if we choose.

These emotions rooted into deeper layers of our being, are triggered when the right conditions present themselves.

When these emotions arise, our bodies are ready to plant themselves into the dark soil of our thoughts, to allow ourselves to be vulnerable enough to recognize our own cycles, and to honor them with respect.

Recognizing where these emotions are coming from, even if it is really hard is a crucial step to free ourselves and see them for what they truly are.

If you take the time to allow this process to unfold, you will realize that you are already doing the work, finding your truth is hard but being present with your feelings as they are will open new doors to find your truth in your heart.

Even seeds and butterflies have to go through dark times, with patience I promise from personal experience that things will change for the best inside.
