The work I share is rooted in ancestral practices, sound, cacao, tobacco, and a living relationship with the natural world. It has been shaped by the land that raised me in Costa Rica, the traditions carried through my family, and the teachings shared with me through Mayan elders and teachers who have guided my path.
My work is an invitation to reconnect with the body, listen more deeply, and explore the wisdom that emerges when we slow down enough to hear.
