Terms & Conditions for “Step into the Sacred Path” Mentorship

Offered by Luminous Five

By joining the “Step into the Sacred Path” mentorship and choosing to participate via full payment or a payment plan, you agree to the following terms:

Mentorship Duration & Commitment

This is a 9-month immersive mentorship program, offered at €1,500, with a sliding scale minimum of €900 available upon request. By enrolling, you commit to the full length and scope of the mentorship, regardless of the method or timing of your payments.

Payment Plan Agreement

If you were offered or accepted a payment plan, this does not convert the program into a month-by-month subscription. A payment plan is simply a flexible arrangement to honor the full mentorship exchange.
By agreeing to a payment plan, you are bound to the complete terms of the mentorship, including the refund policy and program participation expectations.

Non-Prorated Fee & Refund Policy

The mentorship fee is not calculated per session, week, or month.
Refunds are not available if you leave before completing the full payment.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if:

  • You have completed payment of the full amount (€1,500), and
  • You face unforeseen circumstances that prevent further participation.
    No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after the ninth week of mentorship.

Emotional Processing & Departure

This mentorship is designed for personal transformation, which may involve emotional discomfort or triggers. Participants are encouraged to communicate respectfully and engage in resolution when possible.
Choosing to leave the mentorship due to emotional reaction, discomfort with feedback, or disagreement does not qualify for a refund.

Participation Guidelines

  • You are expected to attend sessions with your camera on.
  • You are encouraged to engage in all guided practices and group exercises.
  • If you miss a session, you may collect insights or notes from other participants. No follow-up materials or re-teaching will be provided individually.

Community Integrity

This mentorship is rooted in honesty, presence, and respect for all participants. If you disagree with how the space is facilitated, you are always welcome to voice that with love, but not at the expense of group harmony or the facilitator’s integrity.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling in this mentorship, whether by full payment or partial payments via a plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms as outlined by Luminous Five.

Refund Disbursement Format

In the event that a refund is granted under the terms above, it will be issued in the same format as the original payment method.

  • If you paid in one full installment, any eligible refund will be issued as a single payout.
  • If you enrolled via a payment plan, any approved refund will be disbursed in installments reflecting your original payment schedule.

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. This means the refund will be processed back to the same card or account used at the time of purchase. No alternative payment methods will be used for refunds.
